Obituary for Glen Jones

Glen Jones
In Loving Memory of Glen Jones (June 29. 1956 – December 2, 2017).
God looked around His garden and found an empty place. He then looked down upon the earth and saw your tired face. He put His arms around you and lifted you to rest. God’s garden must be beautiful He always takes the best. He saw the road was getting rough and the hills were hard to climb, so He closed your weary eyelids and whispered, “Peace be thine.” It broke our hearts to lose you but you didn’t go alone, for part of us went with you The day God called you home.
Glen Jones is survived by his loving wife, Jeanne Jones, Mother – Anna Mae, Siblings -
Shirley, Sharon, Kathy, Linda and Jim. His five children, Glen Ray, Lonnie, Tonja, Anna and Angela and 15 grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Glen was a loving caring husband who also loved to tell jokes and be a prankster. Glen was a carpenter by trade and he also did home remodeling. He had such pride in his work, if anyone needed help or an emergency, he would drop what he was doing and come to their rescue. His friends and clients loved him and his work.
Glen’s hobbies were fishing, boating, riding the Jet Ski and loved to go country dancing.
His family and friends will cherish him always.
Glen’s Celebration will be January 28, 2018, at 3:00 at the Old Times Café.
