Obituary for James Daniel Johns
James Daniel Johns, age 59, passed in peace on Friday, 3rd of August, 2018. He was born in Salina, KS on May, 20th 1959 to William E. and Harolyn Johns. He was a graduate of Marana High School class of 1977. He gained his degree from Pima Community College.
Jim was an electrician in Tucson, AZ for the pass 30+ years. He had the reputation for being able to fix just about anything electrical. He had the nickname of the "Mobile Home King" bestowed on him, which was not the royal title of his choosing. He loved his job and many of his customers became his friends. Jim truly lived life to the fullest by frequenting car shows in his 1fatpig, telling jokes with his friends and enjoying a Bud Light.
Jim married the love of his life Jocelyn Johns on the 26th of September, 1986. They raised 2 beautiful daughters who he is survived by Jamie Sanchez, married to Ramon Sanchez, and Jeniece Johns. They were the most important part of his life. He was a proud grandfather of Norah Grace Sanchez.
Jim will be fondly remembered by his family and friends as a loving father, a master of his trade, humorist, environmentalist, animal-lover, car enthusiast, proud patriot and US Navy Veteran.
