There was no better husband, father, friend or patriot than Roy A. Montoya. He absolutely adored his family, and spoke of them all the time. There was nothing he wouldn't do for his friends and he loved giving to veterans in whatever way he could.
I miss you a lot, RoBro. God blessed me when we became friends.
